Polokwane Game Reserve: 16th & 17th February.

Polokwane Game Reserve.

I arrived here at around 3 pm & found accommodation. The place is in a time warp! It is exactly how I remember it from over a decade ago!

Drove & walked around the reserve until dusk. It is a very pleasant place to bird; a mixture of thornveld, grassland & general bush land. The weather was great, not too hot.

Many Storks come to loaf around on the lake
 in the afternoon.
